  1. Customer Assistance: Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing their queries and providing accurate information about banking products, services, and policies. Assist customers with account-related activities, such as account opening, fund transfers, and balance inquiries. Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  2. Problem Resolution: Analyze customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments while maintaining ownership and follow-up until resolution. Ensure customer complaints are addressed with empathy and professionalism, striving to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by demonstrating a customer-centric approach and a helpful attitude. Promote the bank's products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell relevant offerings. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
