Summary
We're looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Human Resources department. You'll play a vital role in supporting our most valuable asset – our employees. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with the overall business goals of Air India.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from attracting top talent to onboarding new hires.
- Oversee employee relations, fostering a positive and respectful work environment.
- Develop and implement performance management programs to ensure employee growth and development.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
