2. Data Protection and Backup: Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective data protection strategies, including backup and disaster recovery plans. Conduct regular data backups and verify their integrity. Assist clients in setting up automated backup systems and educating them on best practices for data protection and prevention of data loss.
3. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of data recovery processes, including details of cases, methodologies used, and outcomes. Prepare detailed reports and documentation for clients, summarizing the recovery process, findings, and recommendations. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve data recovery techniques and share knowledge within the organization.
