Summary

We're looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Human Resources department. You'll play a vital role in supporting our most valuable asset – our employees. From talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management and employee relations, you'll be instrumental in creating a positive and productive work environment for our diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with the overall business goals of Air India.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from attracting top talent to onboarding new hires.
Oversee employee relations, fostering a positive and respectful work environment.
Develop and implement performance management programs to ensure employee growth and development.
Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.
Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records and data.
Partner with other departments to ensure a seamless HR experience.
Stay updated on the latest HR trends and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar HR role (experience may vary depending on the specific role).
Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Passion for building a positive and inclusive work environment.
