The Information Security Executive is responsible for leading the Information Security team in developing and implementing IBM's security strategy. This includes developing and maintaining security policies and procedures, conducting security assessments, and responding to security incidents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security and a proven track record of success in a leadership role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IBM's security strategy
• Develop and maintain security policies and procedures
• Conduct security assessments
• Respond to security incidents
• Work with other departments to ensure compliance with security regulations
• Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and trends
• Manage the Information Security team
