2. Cloud Implementation and Migration: Lead the implementation and migration of applications, services, and data to the cloud platform. Define and execute cloud migration strategies, considering factors such as workload assessment, data transfer, and system integration. Ensure successful deployment and configuration of cloud resources, adhering to best practices and security guidelines.
3. Cloud Governance and Optimization: Establish cloud governance frameworks and policies to ensure compliance, security, and cost optimization. Monitor and analyze cloud resources, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements. Provide recommendations and implement solutions to enhance cloud performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
