The Information Security Executive is responsible for leading the information security team and ensuring the security of IBM's information assets. This includes developing and implementing security policies and procedures, conducting security assessments, and responding to security incidents. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of information security principles and practices, as well as experience in leading and managing a team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the information security team and develop and implement security policies and procedures
• Conduct security assessments and penetration testing
• Respond to security incidents and investigate security breaches
• Work with other departments to ensure that security is integrated into all aspects of the business
• Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and trends
