Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service at various touchpoints, including reservations, check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient flow of passengers throughout their travel journey.
  • Address customer queries and concerns promptly, courteously, and effectively.
  • Uphold IndiGo's safety and security standards at all times.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office Suite.
  • A clear and pleasant speaking voice.
  • A valid passport (if applicable for the designated location).

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong work ethic and a passion for aviation are welcome to apply.
