Position: Blockchain Developer (Remote)

Job Summary

Infosys is seeking a talented and motivated Blockchain Developer to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for the entire development lifecycle of blockchain projects, from design and development to testing and deployment. You'll work closely with business analysts, architects, and other developers to ensure the successful delivery of innovative blockchain solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement smart contracts using languages like Solidity or GoLang.
Understand and apply different consensus mechanisms (e.g., Proof of Work, Proof of Stake).
Integrate blockchain solutions with existing enterprise systems.
Develop and maintain secure and scalable blockchain applications.
Perform unit and integration testing of blockchain code.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in blockchain technology.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 2+ years of experience in blockchain development (freshers with strong academic background will also be considered).
Proficient in writing smart contracts using Solidity or GoLang.
Strong understanding of blockchain concepts (distributed ledger technology, consensus mechanisms, cryptography).
Experience with popular blockchain platforms (e.g., Hyperledger Fabric, Ethereum).
Experience with designing and developing secure and scalable applications.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
