Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for the entire data analysis lifecycle, from data collection and cleaning to analysis, visualization, and reporting. Key Responsibilities

Gather, extract, and transform data from various sources, including databases, applications, and flat files.
Clean and prepare data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and relationships in data.
Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to uncover hidden insights.
Create clear and concise data visualizations, such as charts, graphs, and dashboards, to communicate findings effectively.
Develop and maintain data pipelines to automate data collection and analysis processes.
Write technical reports and documentation to communicate data analysis results and recommendations to stakeholders.
Work collaboratively with business partners to understand their needs and translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
Stay up-to-date on the latest data analysis tools and techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis or a related field (for experienced candidates).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik (preferred).
Experience with statistical software packages such as R or Python (a plus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
