Jio is looking for a Call Center Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing customer support to Jio's customers. The Call Center Executive will also be responsible for resolving customer issues and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support to Jio's customers, via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide excellent customer service, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
• Escalate customer issues to the appropriate team as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
