We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and be able to provide excellent customer support to Jio's customers. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls and resolve their queries
• Provide support to customers with their Jio services
• Escalate customer issues to the appropriate team
• Maintain records of customer interactions
• Other duties as assigned
