Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing assistance in a professional and courteous manner. Listen actively to customers, understand their needs, and provide accurate and timely information about products, orders, promotions, and policies.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department if necessary. Use empathy and effective communication to de-escalate tense situations and ensure customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries, feedback, and solutions provided.
- Product Knowledge and Upselling: Stay updated on the latest products, trends, and promotions to provide accurate information and cross-sell or upsell relevant products to customers. Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to improving processes and systems.
