Job Summary

We're seeking a passionate and customer-centric individual to join our growing Customer Service team. In this remote role, you'll provide exceptional support to our customers by handling their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and courteous manner.
• Research and resolve customer concerns related to reservations, bookings, flight changes, baggage, and other travel-related issues.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on SpiceJet's policies, services, and flight schedules.
• Proactively identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
• Document customer interactions clearly and concisely to ensure a seamless handover if needed.
