About the Role

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information on SpiceJet's services and policies.
• Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Proactively identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments.
• Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times, even in challenging situations.
• Contributing to a positive and efficient customer service environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• The ability to actively listen and understand customer concerns.
• A strong problem-solving orientation and the ability to find solutions efficiently.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with social media platforms are a plus.
